Duane L. Anderson
President
Duane Anderson founded Edgewater Computer Systems, Inc. in 1988 with the goal of developing theoretically correct real-time computer systems based on open system standards. He provides research and development consulting services to organizations, including the Canadian Department of National Defence, the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Navy, that require assistance to produce high-performance multi-processor systems.
Mr. Anderson has driven Edgewater's expansion to offer products in addition to services. He is at the forefront of the company's development of wireless and wired communications and networking products, and of a new release of the 1553 military standard for data bus technology in military avionics.
Serban Gheorghe

Serban Gheorghe joined Edgewater in 2004, bringing with him more than 20 years experience in developing software for embedded systems, real-time operating systems, compilers and development tools. He has held various roles in design and implementation, specification and architecture, and technical team management.
Mr. Gheorghe joined Edgewater from Silicon Access Networks, a fabless semiconductor company involved in very high-performance network processor design, where he was Director of the Software Simulation and Tools group. Prior to that, he spent six years as Vice President of Research and Development at ObjecTime until its acquisition by Rational Software.
Greg Fielding
Vice-President of Marketing
After graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Greg began work with the semiconductor division of Texas Instruments, Incorporated, an international leader in the development of RF, Analog and Digital Integrated Circuits. Texas Instruments, the pioneer in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) provided Greg with a tremendous opportunity to hone his business and technical skills in many aspects of semiconductor technology including the support of Analog, DSP and Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC) business development. Greg concluded his career at Texas Instruments directing the design and implementation of advanced, complex, semiconductor devices as the Manager of the Networking and Telecommunications ASIC Design Center in Ottawa, Canada.
John Prokopenko
Vice-President of Engineering
John Prokopenko joined Edgewater in 2005 after holding senior technical leadership roles at IBM, Rational Software, ObjecTime and Bell Northern Research. He has delivered numerous commercially successful products in areas ranging from software development tooling, highly reliable distributed systems, real-time systems, SONET, wireless infrastructure, IP networking and avionics communications.
Mr Prokopenko has held both management and non-management roles including software developer, system architect and product definition prime. Before joining Edgewater he was development lead for IBM Rational Software Architect, Rational's first major product delivery post-acquisition.
Paul Morton

Mr Paul Morton M.Eng. joined the Company in 2004 and brings to Edgewater extensive knowledge and experience gained in the Space and Defence industry arenas. He has held key managerial positions in both domestic and international companies such as
