Edgewater Computer Systems Inc. and KIK Polymers Inc Announce Reverse Take Over Transaction for Edgewater Wireless

Ottawa, May 17, 2011 – Edgewater Computer Systems, Inc (“Edgewater”) and Kik Polymers Inc. (“KIK”, TSXV:KPI.H) have announced plans for a a reverse takeover by Edgewater Wireless Systems, Inc. (“Edgewater Wireless”), a subsidiary of Ottawa-based Edgewater, of Kik, in an all stock deal.

Calgary-based Kik, which currently has no operating businesses, said it will acquire all the stock of Edgewater Wireless through the issuance of 35 million KIK shares to Edgewater. The stock was listed at 23 cents Tuesday afternoon on the TSX Venture market.

In addition to customary conditions, the transaction depends on the completion by Kik of a brokered private placement of units at 25 cents per unit for gross proceeds of not less than $5.6 million and not more than about $6.5 million.

Each unit is to consist of one KIK common share and one warrant to acquire an additional share at a price of 45 cents for a period of 24 months.

It is also a condition of closing that an independent valuation of Edgewater Wireless in support of a minimum value of $8.75 million be obtained.
