Product Overview    

The Software Developer’s Kit (SDK) is a software toolset that enables the creation of customer type applications operating on an E1553® based network.  Edgewater’s E1553 Evaluation Kit (EVK) currently supports “canned” or pre-packaged applications such as video and data transfer.  In many instances, a customer may desire to implement its own applications requiring the creation of software and custom scheduling in support of that application. 

The SDK provides a common, GUI based utility to facilitate the development of that software and custom scheduling and provides the ability to diagnose, analyze and verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the application operating across an E1553 network. 

The SDK is sold as a separate product from Edgewater’s E1553 Evaluation Kit (EVK).
